After years of training and trying about every fitness-style in the books from CrossFit to Pilates to the traditional bodybuilder split, I have found the most enjoyment and success in functional fitness that encompasses a hybrid style training approach. The mix of strength training, conditioning, and athletic-style movements, is where not only myself, but my clients find longevity and sustainability - all while feeling well and looking good!

After completing my bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science, I turned to health and fitness to help people more directly. The functional fitness approach I use to optimize lifestyles includes education around nutrition, with structure and consistency in training!
